They provide a full range of land development services, including civil engineering design solutions to address challenges in the development process. They serve architects, developers, contractors, school districts, municipalities, property management companies, and building owners, bringing extensive expertise to a wide range of commercial, residential, and industrial projects nationwide.

The Problem/Opportunity:

The Client needed to regrade the site to accommodate new additions, including a building, parking spaces, and a sidewalk. The challenge was completing the grading design and all necessary adjustments to the site plans within a tight three-day deadline, while ensuring the new grading aligned with the existing site conditions

We regraded the site in Civil 3D according to county standards and delivered the complete construction set to the client in just three business days. Our approach was focused on minimizing disruptions to the existing site conditions, making only the essential changes to the grading. Given the complexity of the project, the usual turnaround time for such a project is 7 to 8 days. However, our team’s focus and dedication allowed us to complete and submit the drawings on schedule.
